Crisp & Wiget is a new collaboration between Australian dancer/choreographer Rosalind Crisp and Berlin-based Swiss cellist/composer Bo Wiget. There will be three performances during Passion Week at the St. Elisabeth-Kirche in Berlin, Mitte. In their intense improvisations and minute pieces, Crisp & Wiget discover the so-called Chronostasis, shifts in between inner and outer consciousness of time, on their very own instruments (body & cello). As a musical source they use Georg Philipp Telemann's Baroque Cantatas and their principle of Fleetingness: "Ah how fleeting, Ah how empty / Are the mortal matters". The Light designer Marco Wehrspann has created a space, which is based on Telemann's idea of an "organ for the eyes":
